Due to lack of professionalism, many users try to solve the problem themselves before the arrival of the after-sales engineer, which may lead to secondary damage to the labeling machine equipment and greater destruction.

Before explaining the solution to the problem, we should first explore why the labeling machine's labeling is crooked? In most cases, there are two factors:
1、 Operating in an environment unsuitable for the operation of the labeling machine;
2、 Lack of maintenance and upkeep of equipment on a regular basis. If these two things can be done well, it can basically eliminate problems such as inaccurate labeling.
When the label is crooked, we can solve it from the following reasons:
Stop the device from running (this is the most important step, remember not to seek solutions while running)
1. Check if the adhesive heads on both sides are loose, and use the tools provided by the manufacturer to stabilize them.
2. Check if the material tray wrapped around the label is loose or the speed is uneven. Add engine oil for lubrication
3. Check the parameters of the operating system to avoid labeling different products with the same parameters on the device
4. After adjusting the position of the labeling arm, place the labeled product separately and observe whether it shakes or shakes during the conveyor belt transportation.
