When packaging, the hang tag directly contacts the clothes, and the carbon powder on the hang tag can easily dirty the clothes. So generally, a mixed base of semi wax and semi resin is chosen for printing, which has a good effect and does not have to worry about the problem of toner falling off easily.
Adhesive cardboard hang tags are generally made of copperplate paper with a thick base (mostly 180g and 270g) and a surface material of 65g, which has adhesive properties. The printing characteristics are similar to cardboard tags, and it is also suitable to print with mixed carbon tape. This material can bring more convenience to merchants compared to cardboard tags. For example, tag manufacturers can produce and process adhesive tag face paper into several parts, so that merchants can retain the information of the product at every stage of storage, outbound, and sales, making it easier to record and track. Additionally, it is recommended that customers print washing instructions or business information on the bottom paper of the adhesive tags to better serve them.
PVS tags are plastic tags with color options. Generally, barcode printers are not used for printing. Some mechanical and electrical equipment or instruments on the market now also hang a hang tag when they leave the factory. Such hang tags are generally printed and metal hang tags are also used. Their characteristic is that the finished products produced are single sheets. You can use a single tag printer to print variable information.
Washing label is a commonly used material in clothing, shoes, hats, textile industry, and other industries. There are many surface materials for washing labels, and white nylon and satin ribbons are commonly used in the barcode industry. These materials are required to be printable and printable.
