Troubleshooting of Round Bottle Labeling Machine

The labeling position is unstable

1. The tape pressing device may not be tightly pressed, causing the tape to loosen and inaccurate electric eye detection. Tighten the label to solve the problem;

2. The traction mechanism may slip or not be tightened, causing the bottom paper to be unable to be removed smoothly. Tighten the traction mechanism to solve the problem. If it is too tight, the label may be pulled incorrectly. It is better to be able to pull the bottom paper normally. (Usually, if the bottom paper is wrinkled when pulled out, it should have been pressed too tightly.);

3. The shape or positioning of the pasted object varies. Need to control product quality;

4. The placement of the pasted object should be parallel to the direction of the label (pay attention to whether the product is displaced during the labeling process, and the left support rod can be raised slightly higher than the right);

5. The object being labeled should rotate smoothly on the labeling station (be careful not to touch the peeling plate). When the object is too light, the covering rod should be lowered to press down on the labeled object;

6. In the dual label state, issue a single label.

(1) After issuing a single label, the workpiece keeps rotating because there is no delay set for the second label, and the machine is in a state of waiting for the signal to label the second label;

(2) After issuing a single label, the workpiece stops. It is because there is signal interference with the calibration electric eye (resetting the electric eye) or abnormal delay control (clicking twice on jog 2, then clicking twice on jog 1).



Tag off deviation

1. The pressure band device is too tight, causing the label to deviate. The pressure band force can be reduced;

2. Before performing automatic operation, if the tape correction is not carried out, it can be re corrected.



Poor labeling quality, with bubbles or wrinkles

1. Incomplete labeling can reduce the speed of labeling;

2. It may be a transparent label, or the label may be too soft;

3. Improper adjustment of gravity for overlay, important adjustment of overlay strength;

4. There are wrinkles at the beginning of the labeling process, which may indicate that the label is too soft and bent when extended. Raise the peeling plate as close to the product as possible;

5. The front and back of the label are not aligned, adjust the tilt of the support rod to make the product perpendicular to the direction of the label extension Adjust the tilt of support rod 2 using screws 1 and 3 to correct the head to tail junction error of the label;

6. During the labeling process, the product moves in another direction and slightly raises the support seat on the left side of the support rod Adhesive labeling machine.



Equipment unresponsive

1. Confirm that there are no issues with the power cord;

2. Confirm if the fuse next to the socket is intact. If it is burnt out, please replace it;

3. Possible loose wiring inside the electrical box, please have it repaired by a professional.



The label backing paper often breaks

1. The pressure band device is too tight, causing the label to deviate. The pressure band force can be reduced;

2. The quality of the label backing paper is poor, or the cut is too deep. This situation requires the replacement of qualified labels;

3. If the delivery speed is too fast, simply reduce the speed;

4. Pay attention to whether the label is scratched during its movement.



Continuous labeling, loss of control due to label stoppage

1. Most of them are detecting that the electric eye is not set up properly, resetting the electric eye can solve the problem;

2. The electric eye is not compatible with the detected label and needs to be replaced with a compatible electric eye;

3. The electric eye is damaged and needs to be replaced;

4. Pressing the foot switch multiple times is necessary to complete the labeling process. The reason is due to interference from the electric eye signal that senses the label. Simply reset the electric eye;

5. Confirm that the label passes through the automatic labeling machine from the induction slot of the electric eye.
